Jackie Clarkson Named Honorary Consul of Lithuania
New Orleans, La.– Former City Councilmember and State Representative Jacquelyn āJackieā Brechtel Clarkson has been named Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania for the State of Louisiana.
